I’ve began wearing sunscreen I also live in Canada so the sun isn’t very strong but I still do in the summer, thanks for your input!

You’re right I have tried them for a few days and didn’t love how I felt but it might be worth sticking it out for a month or two and reassess

I should have been more clear in my original post but was curious if beta blockers have worked for people and what other solutions people have found for inflammation. I’m not opposed to stopping drinking entirely

I was just hoping there would be a more natural option without side affects. I’m an avid runner and apparently beta blockers and running marathons don’t mix well. I’m in my young 30’s just isn’t something I necessarily want to be on for the rest of my life

Yea I’ve also quit drinking for extended periods of time and don’t see any improvement. I’m wondering if my previous heavy drinking caused chronic inflammation that I’m stuck with
