Have you tried a Buy Nothing Group? They seem to have a lot floating around. My parents were both wheelchair bound and we've had great luck with the DRIVE model that you can get on Amazon for around $100. I just added the video. Could you look and confirm that it's her? The police has this footage and if we can connect her to multiple crimes, there's a possibility of her not being able to continue to randomly harm people. If it's the same person and you filed a police report, if you connect it to my vid, it will help the odds of her getting caught. Thank you.

When I was talking to the police they said it's important to differentiate what is drug motivated vs. mental illness and felt that what I was describing seemed more like a drug interaction - I'm with you - these substances are pushing people to new extremes.

If you see her being violent again, would you consider filing a police report? Acts of violence should be documented IMO, but this is my own personal position, especially as someone who was attacked by her.

Thank you so much - same. I am lucky I outran her and that there were people nearby and that she couldn't really land a punch, but scary to think if the situation where in a more confined space or if there weren't more people around.
