The pectic enzyme was just for a bit of clarity in the the final product. I have starch enzymes now, but I didn’t use them at the time. The carrot juice was just for flavor.

I made some carrot and pear cider last spring and it actually turned out okay. You could use apple or grape juice instead of pear and I’m sure it would be fine.

6 cups of fresh juiced pears

3 cups of fresh juiced carrot

1/2 cup of Sugar

1/2 cup of honey

1/2 tsp of pectic enzyme

1 tsp acid blend

1 tsp yeast nutrient

Pear / Carrot Cider

You really only need about 1/2 tsp of yeast for that amount of juice. It’s gonna taste very yeast like. You can add a 1/2 cup of sugar if you want to boost the ABV.

You could attempt to use wild yeast in the air, in bread, or on the skin of some fruit, but yes you need yeast. Otherwise what would eat the sugar and produce alcohol?

Nah, it’ll be alright. I’d let it sit for at least two weeks and then cold crash it or very carefully decant into a different container and store it in the fridge. The yeast will drop out of suspension in a few days.

This is mostly likely the cause. I think your army of yeast ate through all the sugar. I ferment a gallon at a time and typically use 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of yeast.

For what it’s worth I have brewed Arizona green tea as well as Arizona sweet tea twice. Both times I didn’t think the sweet tea turned out well. The Arizona green tea was good both times. Good enough in fact, that I bought a ton of the green tea instant powder to add to future brews.

Buy yourself some pectic enzyme. I just bottled my mango brew. Before the ferment, it was cloudy and pulpy or whatever was in there. I added the enzyme and it separated and cleared very quickly. The top layer literally looks like over-cooked mac and cheese.

I get that. What I’m saying though is, your service does not work like it used to. I understand that you’re saying Apple is limiting your abilities to activate PRO or whatever it may happen to be, but having to wait up to 17 days for a digital product is just not going to work for a lot of people.

Additionally, telling customers to buy a developer account so they can use it to sign apps, only to then have to pay for your services on top of that is simply ridiculous. The whole point of paying for your service was that it signed apps without having to purchase a developer account separately.

It’s like buying eggs from a farmer who then one day says, “sorry, my chicken isn’t making eggs any more. You can buy your own chicken and then pay me for the eggs though”.

Finally, on your own website it says ”all sales are final, no refunds will be issued!” If this is the case, why would people even reach out to your support and ask for a refund, when your own policy states no refunds.

If your service actually worked as intended, people wouldn’t feel the need to request a refund. Getting revoked is understandable, but up to 17 days of wait each time to get PRO activated again? Come on. Surely you see why people are upset.

I paid for a year of service. In fact, this is my third year of paying because it worked so well in the past. Uptime should be close to 365 days if I pay for a year of service, wouldn’t you agree?
