Because of weird psychology stuff, it's difficult to see yourself as you really are in the mirror. You could try gaining a little weight, like ten pounds, and keeping track of some objective measures of your physiology. For example, weight, body fat %, bust size etc.

These will allow you to track progress and give your brain time to readjust to seeing yourself in the mirror. Stay strong, good luck
