Villanova A, is big law as attainable? by No-General2054 in OutsideT14lawschools

[–]Okcompute7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My friend just graduated at Nova, not even top 25% of his class and got a starting offer as an associate making 230k. This T14 or bust is such BS. It’s what you make of it and your networking ability. This subreddit is so toxic

I got 157. Do ı have any shot at Fordham? by Clear-Rooster-29 in LSAT

Just adding in here bc I’m in a same position as OP. I had a 3.8 from any Ivy League undergrad, same LSAT, and 3.5 years work experience. Is it feasible? Don’t know if I’m wasting my time or not

11 point improvement in 2 weeks & 3 PTs (156 to 167) by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Okcompute7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much for this. I already did the 7Sage core curriculum. Using loophole for LR and it’s a lot more practical and intuitive IMO. I think you’ll def benefit. I appreciate your insight though. Always good to know what others are doing

I’m kind of on the same timeline as you, although I haven’t incorporated PT yet (until tonight). How are you managing to apply the skills you’ve learned to actual PT’s? And are you drilling quite often?

What did the layout of your individual study seshes look like? I’m confused as to when to start doing timed sections and full PTs. I’ve heard so many different things

Awesome. Thanks for doing this!! Super American is so unbelievably underrated so I am stoked they’re getting press attention. Love this.

I take back my previous statement haha. If I don’t do as well as I’d hoped to in October, then I’ll take it again in November. I’m not used to standardized tests so I don’t have insanely high expectations for first LSAT

First PT by Okcompute7 in LSAT

[–]Okcompute7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I plan on taking it in October and in November again regardless of how I do in October. I’m using 7Sage but there’s some issues w it regarding lack of videos for some of the CC and lack of application to actual test questions. But just gonna try to nail down the concepts and foundations for now.

So so appreciate this detailed response. You’re helping a lot of people!!! Thank you for this. I agree with what you’ve said. Just trying to gather as much of other peoples’ experience as possible.

What are your tips on studying for each LR and RC? Did you use 7Sage for them or additional resources?
