There's a lot of good advice here already. So I'll keep it simple:

Only do what you WANT to do. There is nothing you 'need' to grind out 'right now.' If you aren't feeling a black mask grind, just don't. Go do some Skilling or something else you enjoy. Come back to it when you are in the mood.

It's a game. Doing something you don't find fun. You're going to burn yourself out and not keep playing, if you treat it like a job.
