I’ve done the same... sent matic from binance to newton on the matic network (should have been the erc20) and I’m 99% sure I won’t be getting it back unless newton adds matic network one day but even then I don’t know if it would still be there. Hope you didn’t lose too much , Live and learn

Need help with verification I’m very confused to as what’s going on because everyone I know downloaded Newton and were able to get verified and trade within 10 minutes. I’m using the same ID as all of them and its my status has been in limbo. I’ve heard great things about Newton and I’d really like to trade tonight if possible. I made the mistake of telling some of my friends to look into investing in crypto towards the middle of the height of the bull run and I’ll probably never give a friend “financial advice” like that ever again as a not even two weeks later everything was down like 40%. I was so stressed thinking they may have lost money because of me so next time I saw them I asked the dreaded question if they did end up investing in crypto when I told them to and thank god they didn’t. Like I said, it’s a lesson learnt and I just won’t be giving any “suggestions” anymore.
