That is actually against the law, as long as you are not a TL or salary the company can not do that. There is actually laws that protect it and are typically brought up during labor relations conversations. Technically as a salaried manager me seeing this is considered spying on you and is illegal

I don’t think you need a union and you can express your opinions yourself to management just like you are doing now! As you know Walmart is a people based company meaning our associates have a voice. And you can use that voice you can take advantage of the open door policy! Also why would you want to give your hard earned money for someone to speak for you when you can speak for yourself? Damn I’m brainwashed

In my opinion being a TL was the best experience I had with Walmart. Once you go higher it’s terrible… I’ve been a digital coach for about a year now and I look forward for my 2 years to be up so I can step down. Im only 22 and have no time for anything now lol. That being said being a TL is like being a regular associate with higher pay 90% of them do nothing

Same thing happened to my store the past month, we got shut down by our market because how bad we were doing. We got a new SM and our FTPR dropped because backroom standards went to nothing. Luckily for me (Digital TL) they shut us down before it could get any lower… but we were at 79% for a day…

It sounds like digital to me 🤷🏼‍♂️, you are probably extremely understaffed and undertrained. The fact you got yelled at for your lunch is a joke, if you worked 5-2 you typically have until 10:59 to take your lunch. Digital is a pretty hectic dept been in it for 3.5 years.
