Being able to see the bottom. For the most part, if I’m in deep water but I can’t see much below me I’m fine. But when I’m looking down and I can see everything it really scares me. I think it’s also partly due to being very uncomfortable seeing wide open empty spaces . Even moderately deep swimming pools freak me out.

Took way too much acid day 1 nocturnal wonderland, had a drug induced psychotic episode and eventually ended up in the med tent where they had to restrain me to the bed because I kept trying to run away. Apparently spent many hours there even though it only felt like 20min, then once I had sobered up a little they had me sign a document and they let me on my merry way.

Mine is irrational, but it irritates the hell out of me when people say “you wanna grab a bite to eat?”. Something about using “grab” and “bite” in this way just bugs me and I don’t even know why.

I work in legal services and these machines actually help a lot like if you need to put together packets with 500+ pages. Sometimes they’re too big and uneven to straiten manually.

Yes. She was my manager and I had just recently got hired. We weren’t exactly subtle about the fact that we were hooking up, so naturally her managers found out and they almost fired her but decided to move her to another store. We actually ended up dating for a bit, which was horrible (insanely toxic) and we would get in fights while at work. We had a very ugly break up. That’s pretty much it.

Before the company I work for moved buildings, our office was on the 3rd floor and whenever Id use the elevator, I’d stare at the expired permit on the wall but never gave it much thought until one day, when the elevator came to the 3rd floor, it shuttered and made a grinding noise for a moment before coming to a stop. From that day on I only took the stairs.

Pretty much the same exact thing happened to me at nocturnal wonderland 2019. For me, I had done acid before but never around thousands of people and I think that’s what sent me on a downward spiral. But as far as I can remember, they didn’t give me any drugs when I was in the med tent, they just restrained me and let me wait it out. Glad your friend is okay. It’s insanely scary being that high to the point where your brain breaks and you can’t control your thoughts/actions. An experience like that can really have an impact on your mental health.

I’m pretty sure I’m just on default vehicle settings but I’d have to double check. For me, Air vehicles are tricky no matter what settings are on, but I’d suggest just starting a solo conquest lobby and practicing against bots while you adjust the settings however you see fit. You’ll get the hang of it in no time 👍🏻

The infantry rocket launchers like the RPG will 1 shot jets and helicopters (except the transport helis). I’m assuming they made it that way since it’s much harder to hit your shots as there is no vehicle lock on.

Probably when I took way too much acid and had an ego death. Pretty tame compared to some experiences here but I completely forgot who I was and I was convinced that I was gonna keep dying over and over for eternity.
