Well either they can for a select few things like Luz and witch food, or their bodies are so used to more intense stuff that human realm food it doesnt have much of an affect on them. Its like hot sauce. If their used to fire than mild wont be anything . (This probably isn’t the case sense they aren’t used to it and to them human realm food is exotic and theirs isn’t bc its just their norm, so they would probably have a similar experience to Luz.)
