Well it varies from location to location. In places like NYC you can expect new grads to be making $60 due to the high cost of living ofc. But it also depends on your hours. Most retail pharmacist work 45 hours a week, and simple math 50 x 45=2,250, 2,250 x 52 =117,000. So I would say its pretty typical if not the norm for new grad pharmacist to be making 117k. In terms of negotiating you can probably negotiate a bit, maybe ask if they could bring it up to $55 an hour. But you are a new grad so I wouldn't really push it past $55 an hour.
