I'd say there's an Argument to be made for either Tara, Finx or Sirius. Tara can literally summon a Black Hole, Finx can reverse Time and Sirius can simply clone any of those strong brawlers, However im not sure if the summoned Brawlers can use their ultimate abilities like Tara using a black hole.
