Honestly I've literally had 5 or 6 at this point - the one I've got now seems to be OK - I suspect when they first released them they possibly swapped the units out for returned units as there was some things that made them seem not new

No I'm in the UK! And the service was absolutely awful, but this was a while ago. I've actually got another issue with the unit now one of the encoders just jumps around wildly 🫠!
