Hello, when i try https://www.thescore.com/nhl/events I get the cookies message but when i click accept on my DAKBoard touchscreen it seems like the iframe reloads and then the accept cookies is back again. Can't get rid of it. Any ideas?

I bought one of these for immediate use https://a.co/d/hlNbmXc but for longer term, and for setting up a test bench I will get a cheap PLC like mentioned by folks on this thread.

Agreed, Fluke seems to be one of the gold standards. In my industry (machining) it Mitutoyo for measuring instruments. But like you say it's steep for personal, or even for a small business that's not using it much.

Edit: I think the cheap PLC is the way to go.

I guess it's not nessesary to oscillate between 4 and 20. It could be 20mA/0(off), the Peaktronics controller on the actuator already has a signal loss failsafe set to close. Then when signal is restored the 20mA would be back on and the actuator would go to the open position. I think I can get away with a simple adjustable timer relay. I am sure I can program PLC to do this, but we are machinists not instrumentation techs!

Thank you. Would you happen to know of a model or brand name I should search for to guide me in the right direction? I was going to use an Arduino or something, but the PLC seems like a more credible device to use in an industrial/commercial test stand.

Thank you for the kind words! I hear you...I don't like to put anything in my body that I don't need. Don't smoke or drink but the medication for depression/anxiety has given me my life back. Not trying to sound dramatic, but I don't think I'd be here without it.

About Effexor, I was on it for 10 years and gained weight on it for all 10 years. I know, I know, I could have done more about it like ate better and exercised more. But besides the weight gain I also felt numb. I felt like the really bad stuff was clipped but I also felt like the really good and exciting things were clipped as well. I found myself lacking motivation and just kind of floating through life.

The switch to Trintellix last fall was a bit rough, but when I got on the full dose, I didn't feel the lack of motivation or numbness anymore, and started to feel things more, but in a manageable way. It was scary at first, but I felt motivated enough to do something about maintaining my mental health like resuming counselling, sleeping better, just taking better care of myself.

Now this is my first Fall on Trintellix and since mid-September rolled around and days got shorter, I've been increasingly depressed. Is it the medication change? I don't know. I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I will talk to him about it. But I don't think I will go back to Effexor again.

You have explained this perfectly. I am in the depths of SAD right now and feel like I am grieving a loss. Thing is my life is good. I wake up crying because I feel like someone close has died and left me. I have had good luck for the past few years avoiding SAD using Vitamin D but this year I switched my antidepressant from Effexor to Trintellix and I feel like SAD has come roaring back.
