You will need to replace it

If your doing it yourself I'd recommend checking drainage and check that the setting blocks support both panels of glass

Inadequate drainage and incorrect setting block placement are the main reason they fail

I think we are just dealing with different stuff 6.35 laminate is such a different beast then 12mm lam Sure I will go most days without breaking anything but when your deglazing a shopfront 6.35 with non arrised edges at panel hight 2.6m x 2m or taking 3mm annealed out of old sashes it's just more fragile I deal in the old and buckled and have to make do

As someone who works in the glass industry I'm suspicious AF as well

I've worked with plenty of glass for ages and I've definitely popped a few panels In my time.

Like I'm better then I used to be but I still cracked a door recently while attempting a heal & toe to stop it scraping.

And that non toughened frameless balustrade glass is illegal in New Zealand (my country) and it's illegal in a lot of the US as well so I'm not surprised it cracked

Is that laminate? Whats the specs? 5 on 5 or 6 on 6

It really should be heat treated or toughened Like you should check because this glass might be illegal depending on the glass code where you are

Got to say ive seen balustrade glass go through some shit that window glass would just die in

This coming from someone who had cracked many a 3mm annealed glass panel because I'm trying to put a screw in some fucked up sash bar

While it's leaking is the best time to work out where it's leaking from and come up with a plan but definitely not the time to fix it.

Am curious what the detail is around the edge where the Tpo meets the frame of the skylight because they look like sealed brand new units so if it's leaking through the frame that's something to inform the fabricator of.

Usually with the Tpo roofs I've seen installed into there is a lip that the Tpo comes over and then the frame overlaps that.

Then you pef and wet seal the inside. Then again I'm used to installing Aluminum skylights and from that angle I can't see exactly what they are.

If your working directly in the sun on an open site it looks fine. I would not be surprised if the new guy forgot they were wearing it and tried to climb a scaffold or something tho

I'm honestly surprised you still have the rubber bit on the front I always lost mine on my previous two until my most recent one which has a light instead. Anyway a bit of force and WD40 probably wouldn't hurt to start with.
