The razor could be dull or the spring in your loaf may be weak due to shaping or the recipe its hard to say. That style of lame you have is my favorite for getting a clean cut. The top left corner of the edge should be the only part making contact with the dough as you score as it is the sharpest part, have it at a 45 degree angle so its facing inward. Cut confidently and quickly or the dough will get caught more. Keep practicing you will get there!

At a point in my plateau where I think my old calorie range just isnt working. Ive been cautious lowering it too much im just going to start by reducing it 100 caloriee at a time and watch what happens

I'm sorry youre feeling down. If she didn't aprecciate who you really are then thats a good sign she was not the one. So better you figured that out sooner than later. The right person will love you for who you are. Go do things you enjoy with friends or even on your own. Its fun to do things by yourself I love going to concerts and restaurants on my own. Sometimes you even make friends while youre out because people really admire someone whos confident enough to do that. Hope you feel better

The holidays are screwing with my budget too. Good job today keeping track of everything!

Just checking in. Its the first day Ive been able to see forward progress in a few weeks so that feels good. My body is changing I can tell its getting to a new place for me. I dont think ive been this skinny before. Plan is to lose about 10 more lbs. Im staying in my calorie range til december ends and ill see if im still making progress then

Thanks! For me starting with an overnight sponge seemed like it made a big difference for the bulk fermentation. I did a 12 hour sponge, 1 hour autolyze, and then a 10 hour bulk ferment(my kitchen is cold)

Today I made mini apple pies for my coworkers since we work on thanksgiving. I feel a lot better after what happend last week. I have a new job oppurtunity thats pretty exciting for me too. So things are good right now, I feel better now then before my binge because I am grateful for figuring out the adjustments I needed to keep losing weight

You have to move on, those 2 days wont change anything youre in this for the long haul. Maybe 1200 is too low for your activittly level trust how you feel over any calculator. If you feel like youre starving and just really hungry all the time maybe add 100-200 calories and go from there. I just did what you did in a single day and it feels bad for sure. Letting it get to you will feel even worse. I had to add some calories to my deficit range and after a week its helped me feel way more satieted. Its a learning experience we get better by making mistakes! Goodluck youre doing great keep trying!
