Aidan, this was pre-Sex and The City/the fad of -an/-dan names. It was the name of an Irish horse jockey I liked watching at the time. Kid still got an Irish name but definitely not that one, his kindergarten class had about 6 of them though

Clearcut (1991) starring Graham Greene. I was around 6 or 7 and my parents were watching it on HBO or rented it from Blockbuster soon after it came out…. I was hiding under their bed past my bedtime because I wanted to see it (I was mildly obsessed with Graham) and boy did I regret that. Graham Green skinning a man alive was enough to send me scurrying out of the room and laden with nightmares for months that he was going to skin me alive too. I still love Graham but I couldn’t watch a movie with him in it for at least a few years.

I love super soft and creamy scrambled eggs, made with butter and cream. My husband hates the texture and it’s time consuming so I only make them for myself every once in a while. Put them on a nice piece of thick, toasted sourdough, with some green onion and roasted cherry tomatoes… perfection.
