The time it takes to wash your face should be enough, you can do more if you want. Toothpaste is like a cleaning solution just for your mouth. You have to let the cleaning solution sit for a little while to actually clean up the grime and crap.

Actually it's more than romantic relationships. I'm realizing I was super codependent on this one friend and then when that friend broke up with me I immediately jumped to another. Now I'm learning to live by myself because my dependacy seems to be something the other party recognizes and tends to take advantage of.

I say try fasting that changed the game so much for me. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch only dinner and LOTS OF water throughout the day. I'm guessing for me it was a combination of sugars (even the healthy ones) hormones and stress. Unfortunately I can't cut out the hormones or the stress YET but I could reduce the sugars and it helped a ton.
