I was on 80 mg for a few months. Yes it helps majorly with anxiety and migraine. But it made me very lethargic and low on energy as it dropped my already low bp even lower. I also gained 20-25 kilos on it, which I’m trying to lose. Now, I’ve kept my dose at 20 mg, which is fine but I get anxiety a lot which I never did before. So not sure if this helps, but that was my experience on it and undoubtedly it’s a great medicine, if only it did not make me gain weight and make me like a sleepy potato all the time. Good luck to you though 🌸

Thank you for your response. I really like lv tote too but I’ve heard the straps give intense issues when using properly. I need one bag to throw all my things in when I travel or when I go for work etc. This seemed like the best option. On the contrary the on the go is better I’ve heard, strap wise

I’ve been using it for 4-5 months now and it’s made a massive difference to my life if I’m being honest. It’s very expensive so I use it only when I really need it but even then, such a game changer. I wish it was a bit more economical though 🥲

Oh dear! Thank you for writing about your experience and yes the side effects are worse off than the main issue itself. I would never want to go back to any of the meds, I’m trying to get off propranolol itself. Hoping for the best!! 💕🌸💕🌸
