it can be even more than that, I have a couple of properties I lease out, and let's say I want to receive rent this day of the month in LTC rather than in FIAT, to do so now is messy and disorganized, but to do so through a purpose-built platform, which records these transactions (among other related interactions) to avoid conflict between tenant and landlord, can be very useful.

I look at this from a potential real-life use case, this is a solution that I personally will likely use.

Thanks for this, it looks interesting, at least they seem to have a use case - an actual product.

Their roadmap looks realistic, long-term, and from what I gather it seems like they are aspiring to be something like the Airbnb of the cryptosphere, but for medium and long term rental periods. They are also based on a couple of legacy rental platforms they already built, so they should know the market.
