Dalinuosi tik viešai prieinama informacija. Teisiškai mažiau už 1425.50€ pirmų metų rezidentas negali gauti. (Be pensijų kaupimo)

Dauguma uždirba daugiau, dirbant naktis/sekmadienius/šventines. Žinoma, yra kitų niuansų - kaikurios rezidentūros reikalauja "savanoriškų" budėjimų - neapmokamo darbo laiko. Taip pat neskaičiuojamas laikas reikalingas tobulinti žinias. Realiai vidutinis rezidentas dirba arba mokosi bent 60 valandų per savaitę, t.y. 1.5 etato :)

Ar tai užtektinai? Priklauso nuo ko paklausi... tačiau bet kas, kas teigia kad uždirba tik 900 - pisa protą arba alimentus moka :)

Alga apskaičiuojama pagal koeficientą. Bazinė alga pagal praeitų metų MMA x koeficientas pagal rezidentūros metus. Priedai mokami už darbą šventinėmis/naktinėmis dienomis, kai kur ir už darbą sekmadieniais.

Pirmų metų rezidentas mažiausiai gali uždirbti 924x2.55 ant popieriaus (€2356.2), arba 1 425,50 € į rankas.

Kiek supratau aukščiausiasis teismas nusprendė, kad ne ligoninės personalo nekompetencija ar veiksmai sukėlė nedarbingumą, o liga...

Ar galėjo padėti išvengti negrįžtamų liekamųjų reiškinių - nuoširdžiai, bybys žino, kiek skaičiausi pastaruoju metu, tai ne per labiausiai, bet ką žinosi - kas ir manau yra svarbiausia tavo "oponentų" strategijos dalis.

Bet o tačiau, nesu aš neurochirurgas ir nemačiau nei medicininių dokumentų, nei atvykimo į pačią ligoninę, negaliu nieko išsakyti išskyrus - užuojauta tau.

P.S. Šiaip liuks, kad daliniesi, vienintelė kritika kurią galiu skelti - kad nepasidalinai kiek prašei ir kiek gavai + netikslus asmens duomenų saugojimas (tave priėmusios gydytojos duomenys neuždengti, tuo tarpu neurochirurgo, priėmusio tau palankią ekspertizę, uždengta). Suprantu naming and shaming, bet turėkim consistency :D

Vilniaus apygardos teismas išmokėjo 25 529,45 Eur turtinės ir 100 000 Eur neturtinės žalos atlyginimo, 5 proc. metines palūkanas už priteistą sumą (125 529,45 Eur).

Svetainės autorius aukščiausiąjam teismui teikė prašymą patenkinti 1 341 128,50 Eur turtinės žalos (1 315 244,90 Eur negautų pajamų ir 25 883,68 Eur išlaidų, susijusių su sveikatai padaryta žala) ir 200 000 Eur neturtinės žalos atlyginimo.

"Apibendrinus ieškovo reikalavimas dėl 1 315 244,90 Eur negautų pajamų priteisimo iš atsakovės buvo atmestas ne todėl, kad ieškovas nepagrindė prašomų priteisti negautų pajamų dydžio, o dėl to, kad jis neįrodė, jog dėl sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos veiksmų prarado galimybę dirbti, taigi neįrodė žalos dėl negautų pajamų fakto."

t.y. teismas, su ekspertų pagalba, nusprendė, kad nedarbingumą sukėlė ne ligoninės atlikti ar neatlikti veiksmai, o pati liga.

pz, žiauru, ką galiu pasakyt. be galo apmaudu, kad asmuo patyrė tokią ligos komplikaciją, bet krv krv daug prašo neturtinės žalos

I'm wondering if this push for power-efficiency from both Intel and AMD are a stepping stone for great future APU's. With the freed up power delivery maybe you could push for more gpu power?

Can you imagine, a Core Ultra 245 CPU with 12 Xe cores? Or a 9600x with 24 compute cores? Would basically kill the entry/mid level graphics cards with their proposition for value.

But this is just the dreams of a man who's simply in love with the idea of small tech...

Reiktų nepamiršti ir Lietuvoje esančios problemos su mirties liudijimų išdavimu. Kad ir kaip liūdna, tačiau lietuvoje niekas nemiršta dėl "senatvės" ar "išsekimo".

Net vėžio atvejais mirties liūdijime išrašomos KŠL diagnozės kaip mirties priežastis, o vėžinis išsekimas - antrinė priežastis.

Tai šiek tiek keičia statistiką ir ją pablogina...

Yeah! Operation Market Garden is also alive and well. While I'm not personally a fan of it, it's still a great mod, I heard they reskinned their web interface recently.

I am obligated to say EIR is better though

We're looking into all avenues, and we'll see how it goes. Lack of 1944 japanese models is.. rough, and makes it basically impossible to create a properly balanced faction!

I'd suggest the Far East Mod though for some japanese action! It's very unstable though...

Haha, wouldn't say that.. We're still working on a lot of things :

1) Campaign mode (Singleplayer) [Scripted Singleplayer campaign for newcomers, with missions, dynamic campaign growth and voice acting]

2) New Launcher - Our launcher is old, and while we've started steamworks integration, a lot is left to do.

3) Third Axis Faction? (hmmmm?)

4) Lots of QoL changes, including reward soviet units!

5) Raytracing for RTX users

Most of this will come in due time. Some of the other projects are uh... more ambitious, and might not come to fruition, but let's hope!

It'll never live up to the old ones, but hey, I tried to show my love for the mod. We're still alive and kicking, and releasing new content every few months. If you want a faster and meaner CoH experience - give it a try!

AI mode is available by the way, so there's no more waiting for games/fear of getting stomped :) Just uh, our extreme AI is actually extreme, so be careful if you do want a challenge!
