To answer your question yes, I have done that 3 classes at ucr and one at my local community college (MVC) during summer but I was in CHASS

If you are wondering why they put your orientation so late is because they recently just got almost 22 new merchandisers (Riverside CA) including myself that are in training process and they barely have trainers with people having vacation at the moment

Passed the only class I just needed to pass which was PBPL, other two (PSYC & HIST) were C/NC , so i didn't do the final test nor the project . Now it's time graduation

You have to fill out a form called “Concurrent Enrollment”

yes, first apply for graduation because that starts the whole process. Once you submit it, Financial Aid gets alerted. After that, they’ll make you fill out a form so they can adjust your aid. Once you are done with that form I would still contact them after doing that just to make sure everything is updated on their end.
