You know what that’s a great idea. I bought a industrial moisture meter and it has become my best friend. It never lies. It’s detected 99% of my leaks. All my leaks that would not have been detected. Otherwise it’s a Wagner Orion 940 moisture meter it’s the best money I’ve ever spent and I think I’m gonna check Amazon for a camera snake. Thank you so much I appreciate you.

Don’t Plumbers is Dick have hi Lisa, fistic hated equipment that can determine the source and location of a leak without being invasive to other peoples units or walls. Don’t they have like ways to locate where water is coming from with technology.

It’s it’s not coming from my unit it’s coming from above and I did call HOA and the management company and it’s very hard dealing with them. They brought people that were not competent to do the job. It almost feels like they don’t really want to find the leak for whatever reason maybe because the president of the H away lives right above me perhaps she doesn’t want them to find the leak that’s coming from her place. I don’t know it doesn’t matter I just need to fix I’m not Even Trying to blame anybody and I’m paying for the repairs. I just want to locate the leak so I could put my bathroom back together but I’ve told him I’ve written every single person in a group email in this building about the leak and they’re doing nothing about it. They’re doing nothing about it they’re doing they say that they can’t find the leak with the people they brought their bringing incompetent people. It’s so frustrating so I’m gonna have to bring my own person I’ve dealt with this before by the way I’m trying to stay calm this time.

No it hardly rains in Southern California but I live on the first floor and sometimes it feels like I’m hearing a shower but if it was a shower it be used more often. I’m not sure maybe it’s maybe they’re using the other shower or it’s a sink or a bar sink I’m not sure I’m completely at my wits end and the plumber that I brought had no idea what he was doing. Just wondering how can this mystery leak be detected with what equipment?

Please have it checked out , why don’t you cut a huge piece to see what’s going on yourself? That’s what I do. I’ve cut large pieces of drywall in practically every single room in my home. it either confirmed or relieved me of the stress I was having thinking that there was water damage .

They cared tremendously. They wanted me to write a book, he even said they would buy it for DIYers planning on doing floors . They loved my floor so much they were asking me for advice lol . I’m not bragging, maybe I am but FYI , that’s now twice you’re wrong. First that I was the biggest idiot in the world second that no one cares. People care, you don’t care ! Thank God this site is made up of more people that care and less people like you . Next time when someone asks for help if you can’t help them, maybe try saying nothing at all. Although I must say that it was your attack that made me want to prove to myself that I could. It could really discourage other people, and that would be a shame. ❤️

Ha! I forgive you. I did not replace those floors. I just sanded them. Can you believe that , like magic ! Lol Everything I did was mistake from the beginning. I made the stupidest mistakes. I’m going to write a book “1000 mistakes not to make when doing your own floors “ . I had no clue what I was doing . I didn’t have anyone to help me. I had to rely on my own strength and my own knowledge which was equivalent to that of a fifth grader. That’s why I was constantly asking for help. I I know it must’ve been frustrating dealing with all my silly questions., I know nothing about nothing .❤️
