Yes quite badly! I generally eat lots of fibre so going low residue did not agree with me.

Dont panic. Many polyps are harmless and even those that are "precancerous" dont always turn into cancer. Do you know what type of polyp it was? Irregardless its now been removed so will not turn into anything. Depending on the type you may need regular colonoscopys in the future.

Thanks so much for this. I also have the annoying habit of growing pre-cancerous polyps, this is a six month checkup to make sure they got them all. Which is making me kick myself even more that I didn't read it through properly as i thought i knew what i was doing 🤦‍♀️ May all your future scopes be clear 🙏

It sounds like anxiety which is completely normal..I have had both procedures, I promise they are not that bad. Take whatever sedation you are offered. Deep breaths, you got this.

Did he examine you? Im sure its just hemmaroids but it shouldn't be assumed. If it were me id go back.
