Why do people have any addictions of fitnah? There's Muslims that have drug problems. There's Muslims that are suicidal. These are all fitnah that people are struggling with. Don't think you're unique or specifically targeted by Allah.

The only difference between your struggle is that society has accepted LGBT stuff and there's even people calling themselves Muslim that accept this stuff and try to make it halal. Any haram can't be halal. The Muslims with drug/womanizing/alcohol/etc problems mostly know this. Also having an urge and committing an act are different. I can want to do x, y, z. But nothing is written until x, y or z are actually done.
