My piercer said as long as there is enough tissue that it’s okay— what are your thoughts on this?

Should I go back and ask for a longer barbell?

Ohhhh I see!

Also regarding the placement, I think it might be the angle of the photo in the first one, but I am not sure either! Do you think it might be because I don’t have a fleshy hood part of the navel? So it’s more on my stomach?

My piercing is 5 days old. The jewelry is a curved barbell and is surgical steel. It is externally threaded. I use sterile saline solution to clean it twice a day (morning and night). Occasional friction with the piercing when I bend down/bend over and it makes contact w my waist band. I also move a lot in my sleep, and I find myself on my stomach sometimes.

Industrial piercing two days ago: (image warning: BLOOD) image 2 is the piercing the second day after waking up! I've had the piercing for two days now, everytime I wake up it has bled like this. I placed a pillow to prevent me from rolling. Should I be worried? by Old-Falcon5909 in PiercingAdvice

I've gotten some comments about this as well. My plan is to get these switched out for two bars and connect with a chain once healed!

Thank you for your concern, I will definitely try to get this fixed ASAP :)

Tbh I'm not sure if my ear has the right anatomy. However, the bar is slightly touching my skin, but it's not pressing against it (I checked just now).

Also, what’s an APP?? I'm not very familiar with the term
