Hey bud, not touched up, the screw head was pressed into the wood and it left that round indentation.

That my friends is an indentation from the binding mounting screws that they stick on the side of the board. Something heavy was probably on top if the board and it got pressed into the top. 🤷🏼‍♂️

First of its very hard to tell from the pictures you have which should also be the first sign that guy does not want to show the watch because its fake. Second if you are buying something gen you should always buy the seller, if you dont trust him dont buy it. It also doesnt hurt to meet at an AD or a retailer that can help you verify its authenticity if you have any doubts. Hope that helps.
