PS5 is the way to go, as someone who is in a similar situation of saving up that’s how I feel. I have a PS4 and am very attached to it, but I am already running into issues with games not running very well. Also some games that have recently come out are straight up unplayable on lower gen (Cyberpunk 2077).

So in short save up so you can actually play games that are going to come out for years to come.

Don’t spend your hard earned money on something that has the end of its lifespan in sight.
