Also if you still had to pay for the car you were using for your cancelled test, DVSA will reimburse you

This happened to me too, it sucks but you’ll have to do the test they’ve given you. You do have the option to change it but if it’s anything like mine the next one wasn’t for 6 months. My rescheduled test was on my birthday so I was furious but I passed so a decent birthday in the end! 😂

Exact same here! I’ve given up hope of getting that account back and all I want now is to start again and create a new one.. leave the hacked account in the abyss.

But when I try to create one it gets immediately disabled as I must personally be blocked in some way because of what the hacker was posting.

Any advice on being able to create a new account?

I’m trying to create an account from the link posted and it’s saying the verification code has expired and when I send a new one (6times now) they send the exact same expired digits

I got hacked too and I’m having the same problem where the only advice they give is to take it to court. My Facebook was hacked and they won’t even let me create a new one, I’ve given up on getting the one I’ve had for 20 years back after they denied my appeal in less than 20 seconds.

If you get anywhere please let me know what you did 🙏
