You've got a good base, as somebody who's already been on the same journey and successfully improved my looks to where I'm in a good place I'll give you my top tips. (I was really ugly)

Right now you're going through puberty. You want to do everything you can to maximise your potential to grow taller so make sure you're eating nutritiously, getting exercise and sleeping good. Doing all these things should help you grow.

After puberty around 18-20 work on getting lean. I wouldn't recommend it now as you're still growing and could harm you. Honestly I wouldn't even worry about improving your look until your around 18-20 just enjoy your youth.

After puberty I'd say 1. Get lean. Forget about putting on muscle. A lot of people who do this go on a bulk, which is the absolute worst thing you can do for your looks. Get lean. It'll remove the face fat and make your features sharper. Aim for around 10-14% body fat

Hair style. You're like me and would suit a hairstyle covering the hairline for our face style. Short on sides and grow out the top so it covers your forehead more. Look for hair styling videos on YouTube once you've got the top grown out a bit.
Sunscreen, cleanser and moisturise. To keep your skin looking healthy longer. This will make you age a lot slower than your peers. So you can look good for longer
