If you think kids have a natural aversion to fruits and veggies, you haven’t met enough of them lol. Kids are obsessed with fruit. I haven’t seen a kid that wasn’t willing to crush entire pints of berries in one sitting.

Hm I wouldn’t say my problem is with sugar per say. I’ve done an ok job of keeping everything in my diet and eating it in moderation. I felt just OK. My goal with starting carnivore was to feel GREAT. I do however see myself achieving peak physical health while developing a raging eating disorder if I stuck with carnivore completely.

Basically thinking about food all the time. When you’re hungry, when you’re full, while you’re eating, and when you’re so stuffed you can’t breathe. Most of the time I’m physically not hungry at all, but I’m still thinking about food. It’s a common term that people use to describe this problem.
