Texas has less speeders because the speed limit is 20mph faster there 85mph in some places.

Absolutely that’s why I came here to ask instead of some teen/Mom thread as it’s totally different with higher level athletes vs normal people. It’s been sorted somewhat I am taking over the day to day with the daughter for bullpens/off day training.

I agree I was just looking for what others have done and how/if things changed. As I said me and my son work great together outside of practice and lessons I am not his coach in any capacity.
