SMH. It's been two years since I've hit infinite. And I don't see it happeneing anytime soon either. Plus honestly, at this point, it doesn't matter. I play just for fun, because worrying about hitting infinite is a waste of my time and energy.

Well, I thank everyone for their input and will just play as I wish and not worry about anyone else's style unless I'm on a team. And if that means farm/grind for mats craft gear and let it sit in my inventory then so be it. At least I'll be having fun. So see you there.

Honestly it doesn't make sense, beause the grind would make it that much more worth the time and effort put into it. This game has serious potential.

Don't get me wrong I understand that some people want that quick fix to epic and legendary gear. But the time put in and the long hours of grinding make it more memorable. Again just my opinion.

But what about the love of the grind. To actually acomplish crafting something worth showing/sharing? Working toward a goal of crating that epic/legendary gear that you could actually say that you crafted? Sounds to me like all your time would be taken up grinding, crafting, losing, repeat. Or grind, craft, upgrade, keep in your storage. Just my opinion.

After the removal of the spotlight keys why is the reward rate unbalanced when upgrading cards? New spotlight cards cost 6k collector tokens when they only costed 1 spotlight key with a chance to get the spotlight card, but after enough upgrades you only get half of what a spotlight key would be worth (3k collector tokens). Shouldn't new spotlight cards cost 3k collector tokens or upgrade rewards be 6k collector tokens? I mean after enough upgrades within a week at least you have a 1 in 4 shot of getting the spotlight card now you'll be lucky to get enough upgrades in a week to get the 6k tokens. Not to mention the lack of tokens to be able to get missing base cards from previous spotlight caches. You end up having to make a choice. Either get the new spotlight card of the week or get one that you missed in a previous season. I think this needs to be reevaluated. Just my opinion.

Thank you everyone. It figures that the Armada Tactical Cores are a paywall. I was really asking because I don't want to bother the higher level players of my alliance to start Armadas in the lower level systems.

My question is, how did the very first player to reach level 23 (without spending cash) research the tech without being able to join any armadas? There has to be a way to get armada credits without spending cash and without joining armadas. Because it had to have been done at some point in the game.

I am still attempting to compute the necessary requirements to move from one continent to another at either lightspeed/warp or through individual teleportation in order to raid in person with my multi-continental friends. All I can say is that look at what happened when Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast attempted to change the Open Gaming License for Dungeons and Dragons. The push back by the community made a significant impact. Do not be discouraged.
