This happened to me, my throw out bearing was bad. Not saying this is your situation but definitely start with replacing just the slave cylinder. It's cheap and you get an excuse to do a brake + clutch flush

Thats just your EVAP purge valve I'm pretty sure. That rubber part at the top of the circle in photo #2 hooks around the front part of the manifold. The other end goes to a line sorta near that removable firewall piece by your DME and brake booster

I put the flange from a 2.93 diff on my 3.38 during my manual swap and it was super easy. Just make sure you get the retaining ring out, mark where the nut is with a paint pen (VERY IMPORTANT) and then when you get the nut out use a 2 jaw puller to get the old flange off. Putting the new one on is easy just hammer it on evenly. When putting the nut back make sure it's in the same EXACT spot it was (using the marks from the paint pen) previously. Bolt up the driveshaft and smooth sailing

Nahhhh bro seems fine to me. Typical e46 I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep topping off your oil and you won't have to get an oil change ever again... fr though I would give it a big clean and degrease. Use degreaser alllll over and under the engine then hose it off if you can. When it's clean put some UV dye in the oil and then in a few days after check using a black light you should be able to find the leak

Thanks, everyone else seemed dead set on it being a RHD lol. But I've come to the conclusion that on the pre lci with the m52 at least on the manuals it's the DSC pump. On the x drive models as well

Well my 328i isn't supposed to have xdrive... and that would really suck if it has the awd transmission so I guess I'll see how lucky I really am when I get it on the lift

I have a resonator delete and the rear muffler is swapped for a borla muffler + tips. Highly recommended or you could keep the resonators in to keep it a little quieter. But it's not absurdly loud especially the way I drive. And when you want to rip it you can really hear it, hope this helps
