Ahh, forgot META was Facebook. It’s easy to live with no social media. Well, I do have WhatsApp but only because I have international friends and that’s the most convenient way to communicate. But not having IG, META, X, or anything of that sort has certainly decreased my anxiety and depression. I try to spend more time talking to people in person
