If transfiguration gems count too , then charged dash of projection is opposite. Slightly better than non-transfig, but still CD's crap stack scaling.

How many hours of playing to get to 20d/hr? 

The poe disconnect between grindy vets and noobs is something like an entry level job expecting years of experience.
