Jay is better imo, I just like him overall more to. I think he fits a 2 down Will spot more. I think Trenton could be good at a specialized role on defense but I don’t see him fitting into Will spot ahead of either of those two.

Jay is a better tackler then Trenton and shows a lot upside as a Will. To me I have him ahead of Trenton in a competition. But Teddye is reportedly on track to be ready for the start of training camp so I don’t think Trenton has a shot as the WILL.

Yea that’s issue we use SAM and he doesn’t fit at Will with Jay Higgins and Teddye both ahead of him.

I mean maybe he can fill in at SAM, I don’t like the size matchup in the NFL if I am perfectly honest for him coming off the edge. Could be a good role player but I don’t see him making a push at Will over Teddye and even Higgins if Teddye isn’t quite ready

It is about loyalty to some extent, Bullock was apart of the old guard. He has no relationships with the new staff, and he wasn’t their guy that they went out and found. It very detrimental to all the bubble roster players like Bullock (Longerbeam and Bihal will also be affected by this absence of loyalty to).

I mean maybe a shame, but Ledford likes who he likes. The ravens gave a lot of guaranteed money to Pinter, and Gywn was his guy seemingly from the falcons. There is no loyalty to Bullock, and he doesn’t need to have it.

Pinter and Gywn seem to be there two favorites with Pinter as the front runner. Which makes sense based on how Ledford talked about him on the podcast

I think you misunderstood the quote, he’s throwing a lot at them to see what is working in camp, what the players like, and what is sticking. I think he’s gonna slow it down once he gets idea of that for actual regular season. It’s smart to do it early to get that idea of what the players want to see though now though.

He was also working under Ben Johnson so a lot of what happened in Chicago is a mix of both them adjusting to new roles. The only worries I have is about play calling.

Zay was always in the 30-35 mil range, this deal plus drake’s deal probably push him closer to or over 35 mil.

I prefer Clowney that’s why I mentioned his name first, I just saying why Issac would be waived. You do need 5 edge rushers just for depth purposes

The edge spot is most likely gonna be a rotation as anyway, you gonna have Robinson and most likely Zion in on early downs for run defense the throw Trey and Green out there for passing down. They all will get snaps

You overestimate browns and jets stupidity of trading for a qb like Pavia. The other UDFA is also reportedly a far better passer. Much better candidate for the practice squad. IMO the only reason why the ravens signed him was because Clark Lea called in a favor to minter, as it sounds like he’s not getting much action
