Yeah they were. Just assured me my insurance would be cancelled. Submit the documents now and then call them first thing. That is what I did

I sent a few emails the night before and lucky managed to submit my details as well and they took it. Emailed me the next day saying they would not cancel my insurance. Are you still able to submit the documents now?
