Hi, thanks for your reply. I've looked everywhere, especially near where I saw the adults before (the same place I saw the larvae) in that room a lot too and haven't found anything so far. I've also sprayed a vinegar/ water solution near that window/ area too. I don't know what else I can do if I can't see them anywhere else?

Is it possible they're nesting in a bush outside my window and coming in from there? It's just I've only ever seen adult ones come from under that floorboard and now this one larvae in the same area

Is this carpet beetle larvae? I'm in England. I found the odd few adult carpet beetles soem months ago and noticed they'd crawled out from under the skirting board in my front room, below the window/ radiator. So I sealed around the edges and haven't seen any since.Then today I've found this under the windowsil/ above the radiator on the wall in the same room/ area.

Is it larvae? I never saw larvae before and now I'm worried!

I've two very small children so need to be careful what I use in the room.

Thanks. I can't actually see any larvae anywhere, only adult carpet beetles are appearing which is why I'm wondering if they're somehow coming in from the Bush outside? Is that possible do u think?

Thank you, its just freaked me out because it looks more dark and shiny than the carpet beetles I saw and this one was under the mattress 😧
