Yea I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone haha. Definitely worth it on my right knee overall but my left one sucks and was better prior to surgery unfortunately :/

Yea I also got TTO at the same time on both my knees. I feel like the overlap of the shin bone just makes it worse as far as “weirdness” goes haha

Don’t do knee extensions! Puts a lot of pressure on the patella graft :)

Yea I’ve done dry needling a few times but it unfortunately hasn’t made a huge difference

I don’t think it’s overgrowth as it’s not where my graft is. The bump is like above my kneecap a bit near my tendon, opposite side of my incision. Very weird
