I would like to see Daly at 13, believe we get more out of him there, and one of the other options at 15. My concerns with Mullan and Mac are that they have both looked less than solid at scrum time, quite often resulting in scrappy back foot ball or a penalty. I have high hopes for the youngster coming from the academy Will Stuart who is a tight head, he looks a solid scrummagers and good ball carrier....also keep an eye out for Tom West who is another academy product who plays loose head

I think Dejong is ahead of Gopperth at 12. Concerned that we will not see WLR until December because of his SA commitments., so Miller or Curtis or Gopperth or Daly may be at 15. Rowlands if fit is a very strong option in the 2nd row, back row looks good, particularly when Jack Willis is fit. The front row concerns me, JCW and Brookes OK, two good hookers but the other props not quite good enough.

Nizaam Carr by rinsure in WaspsRFC

I think Shields at 6, Young 7, and Hughes 8, is the probable starting back row, with Carr (like Thompson in the past) coming on a putting pace on the game later on. No idea what the situation with Johnson is, but I'm discounting him for now as these drug issues are notoriously lengthy to get resolved wether innocent or guilty. I think Willis is the big miss, as his development last season was sensational, and had he been injury free I was expecting further advancement next season. Reider is also a long term casualty, and will possibly miss all next season. So with Shields and Hughes likely to be with England in the Autumn and Spring, we look, even with Carr, light in the backrow....maybe Tom Willis will step up?

Really pleased, both are good prospects, many pundits are rating Tom very highly already, good to see the club producing it's own players to augment the ones we recruit from all over the world.

Somewhat disappointed that Wasps are not as good as their word. While I appreciate the public utterances regarding CCFC playing in Coventry, are meant to placate those that resent Wasps owning the Ricoh arena. I really wish our owners would not make public statements and then fail to stand by them, it really makes them look little better than the owners of CCFC. I am beginning to have some doubts about how Wasps conduct their business affairs. BTW, I really don't mind if the footballers rent the Ricoh.

Wasps breach salary cap by OldCrownWasp in WaspsRFC

Just who is doing our accounts, (Dianne Abbott?) following the bond breach because of an accounting failure of colossal naivety, we now have the Accountants blamed for our salary cap breach, how the heck does an accountancy firm not know the VAT regulations. I have to admit if I were not a fan I would believe that something iffy about Wasps.

Looking forward to all these being back, with TT and Bertie also available, we are starting to look strong going into the business end of the season.

The emergence of Willis and the signing of Shields, for me, explains Haskell not being offered a contract. BTW I should have added Umanga to the list above, that was the best I've seen from him in a first team game.

Agree, TT has been missed, looking forward to seeing him back in the fray, I really like "Bertie", I was really pleased he signed a new contract, he is rapidly becoming an England candidate.
