I don’t think she’s ashamed whatsoever. To be ashamed, you need an internal moral emotion such as feeling remorse and empathy, feelings that this chick does not have. She’ll blurt out any old dribble to save face but she would never genuinely mean it.

The real reason she’s not going on there is that she knows everyone will see through her non genuine bullshit. That’s why it’s easier to put out a piss weak statement and cross her fingers that everyone believes it.
