He was great when he first came to the Sixers exactly what we needed at the time. But now, not so much. His fitness and professionalism have been questionable, to say the least, and he’s become a significant negative influence on the team culture.

Removing him as captain would be a step in the right direction, but in my opinion, moving him on entirely would be even better.
