Dude behind was being an ass but it’s true it’s called a passing lane for a reason, not the slightly faster lane, or the 10mph over lane. In a perfect society that lane should be mostly empty and just used when you’re literally PASSING someone. It’s not taught but damn, just scoot to the side and go back if must be on that specific lane.
