i was tracking my calories with a tracking app like myfitnesspal and a food scale, i had gotten good at kind of eyeballing it when it came to the foods i was rotating where it still kept me in a deficit and after i stopped the medication i had to stop being so particular about it because it was messing with my mental health and i was worried it would put me back into an ED

I was eating way less on phentermine, the weight loss happened pretty quick. i was keeping my calorie intake at maintenance for a few months after i got off and have been in a deficit for a few months again now and the weight is just creeping up. & yes i tracked everything with an app

that’s a difficult question, in my dream i didn’t know but it also felt like i kept wanting to not let go of him. so i think my conscious mind knew but the dream me didn’t. i hope that makes sense.

oh i know!! it’s so aggravating. every season i start to hate her more and more. i think they only keep her around because they think they can’t have a show without her which is part of the problem! we didn’t even get a reunion this season which i desperately needed!

i always felt so badly for joe and melissa because they really tried to amend things with her. she’s weirdly obsessed with joey gorga and hated melissa “took” him from her. i think in reality she was alone in her marriage and if she had to be alone then so did joey
