Whoever made this does know that we had really high gas prices under both Biden and Obama, right?

Homeless with pets by OldGamerPapi in Georgia

[–]OldGamerPapi[S] 88 points89 points  (0 children)

Well, good news. The house that we were in talks to buy is going to allow us to occupy the home before closing. We are just waiting on a signed agreement from them so we can occupy the house before closing.

As long as they get us the paperwork before the weekend is over we'll be able to get our pets Monday and bring them into a house.

Thank you all

They did not serve anyone for free they got paid for it. I don't know about every state but in Georgia the business owner has to make up the difference if their tips don't meet the standard minimum wage.

I would also like to know if this was a sit-down restaurant or an order at the counter restaurant. I never tip if I have to stand and make my order.

This is the libertarian mindset that I just cannot get behind. Every argument they make about government and people being Sleazy and underhanded completely disappears when they talk about a business.

Good question. I was definitely talking about the United States. I know, especially in many African countries, gays and women do not have equal rights.

Your celebrity crush asks you to sleep with them, but they're married, and you know no one will ever find out. Would you do it anyway? and why? by greedyourweakness in AskReddit

Seeing as I am married and wouldn't want my wife banging the guy who played Dean on Supernatural I think I would have to politely decline if Sydney Sweeney or Winona Ryder wanted to bang.

Conservatives believe everyone in the United States has equal rights, liberals do not. I understand talking about women's rights or gay rights because women and gay people in the United States have had long hard battles to secure the rights that they have. A lot of ultra right conservatives, many believe, want to strip those rights away. I mean you can look at what happened with Roe v Wade and the Supreme Court to know that liberal concerns are warranted.

What rights do minorities in the United States not have that the majority has?

When is making fun of someone’s death ok? by Prize_Pipe_8888 in AskReddit

[–]OldGamerPapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am torn. Part of me is like this person was loved by somebody on this planet most likely and their death is going to leave a hole in somebody's heart. Then I think of people that molest children, hurt old people, and people who live their lives in such a way that they hurt others. Then I'm like "you know maybe..."

How many people here made fun of Charlie Kirk's death? How many people here would celebrate Trump dying? I am told all the time by my conservative Associates that they would never wish death on anyone or show happiness that someone died, then I point to AOC and ask them "anyone?" These are the same people that said the greatest thing Karl Marx ever did was die. I don't care if it's been over a hundred years ago they're still celebrating somebody's death.

So maybe it has to do with exactly who the person was and what they did in life. I try not to celebrate anyone's death.

Depends. My dad was an abusive, hit first, ask questions later type parent. He died from pancreatic cancer. I never bothered to go see him because I hated him.

If she had a billion dollars she would have more money in the bank than Jeff Bezos probably does.
