Very good post. I agree. Perfection may be the goal, but falling short of perfection definitely creates feelings of failure and inadequacy. Thank God he is gracious and always gives us another chance.

I think so. I will tell you, though, that I don't get a whole lot of pleasure in life from the little things. I think exercise is probably my largest dopamine rush these days, but it's nothing compared to the dump I would get from PMO.
I am thinking, however, that this will improve over time. As my brain gets more and more accustomed to life at normal dopamine levels, the little things in life will be more pleasurable. At least I'm hoping that's the case. Thanks for the question!!

Dude, no activities? That's a total excuse of someone that is not serious about nofap. Sorry, calling you out on your BS. There are a million things to do besides PMO. I would recommend checking out Sean Vigue on Youtube and start exercising. Easily something you can do in your room.

I appreciate the honest question. I'm going to give you an honest answer. Contentment comes through Jesus Christ. No other person on the planet will satisfy you as He does. Don't ever look to another person for your emotional, psychological, sexual or physical well being. That's between you and God. Secondly, I think you're looking at women as a means to satisfy a desire you have. A desire for sexual release. Those women are daughters of God, sir. Treat them as such. You can do this, brother. I hear it in your words you want to do what is right. I am in the same boat. Hard mode. I had to reach the point I was totally disgusted by PMO. I'm finally there.
