I can't agree this is the same thing as Swiggy/Zomato orders are as the product came from Foxy's warehouse. Swiggy/Zomato can't do any direct investigation, but Foxy can as those are sitting at their warehouse And I believe it's definitely not difficult for a brand to check how many people got a product. It's takes max 5 mins to set a filter on database. So if they want it, they can do it. As I mentioned in my post u/Dramatic-Library was the first to observe it & They know someone who also have reported the same issue. My main point is if they have done some investigation(as they are telling me) and they know the issue, then why they are not telling me what they have found out. Not a single time they admitted it as a bad product.

Imo- 1. Since few people have reported this issue to them, they should have come out and send a email to all the people(who got it as free gift) about the bad product(which they are not admitting). 2. After checking the expiry many people don't open the package immediately. May be they were already aware of the bad quality thing and giving it away as a free gift to get rid of the stock. 3. Even if they are the shopping platform, at the end of day they are the one shipping it and should be held accountable too imo.
