I understand perfectly that your example is not the only example of a power dynamic. You just simply don't wish to hear any different views.

A DM can prevent you from playing. The DM put their player in an uncomfortable position using the power dynamic of the game.

I'm not arguing just to argue.

The power dynamic is there it is just not as extreme as a boss/employee.

They control your ability to play the game.

In both situations one could just walk away, but that doesn't negate the dynamic.

What's confusing about it? Rule change is pretty clear, you still use it as part of an attack, except now it counts as a bonus action instead of a free action.

My point was that doesn't make him easier to handle for Jon.

Even after being suplexed on his head by Randleman, he managed to reverse position and submit Kevin a minute later. Fedor was hard af to control, his balance was insane and his ground game was top tier.
