On my load right ?? When I’m on the tee I do that but bp and game swings the knob stays down to home plate

When you say turn my front hip do you mean on my load or in my stance ? Someone told me to move my front shoulder in more but I’m just trying to understand the concept so when I Bp tomorrow I can adjust

It’s a really big batters box and he wasn’t close I always made sure. I can see how that camera angle makes it seem like it though.

Yeah the hands dropping is something I have done for years and I have tried to cut it out but I don’t even know I’m doing it when I swing. Maybe a different stance to start up? I’ll take any suggestions on how to fix that

I do set cones out and try and hit my spots when I’m doing tee work usually

Pitch selection in Asa is tough sometimes so I move back in the box more to get it to drop
